  • Recording Available: A recording of the Town Hall will be available shortly after the meeting at PerleyHealth.ca/blog.
  • Q&A Session: We encourage you to participate! Jay Innes, Director of Communications, will moderate questions submitted to the Q&A form at the end of the presentation. You can email your questions ahead of time to info@perleyhealth.ca or use the Q&A feature during the Town Hall.
  • Participant Engagement: While there will be no live mics or video used on this town hall from attendees, we encourage the the use of the Q&A form.
  • Privacy & Recording: This meeting is being recorded and will be available shortly after on PerleyHealth.ca/blog. Please be mindful of any personal information you share during the Q&A including your name.
  • Note: We are unable to address personal issues or name individuals during this Town Hall.
  • Participation Guidelines: We reserve the right to remove participants who violate these terms. By joining the meeting on May 26, 2026 you agree to these terms.

Using Microsoft Teams

To view this event you do not need to have Microsoft Teams installed. When entering the town hall you can choose to view in browser and it will not require additional apps or login information.
Link will be provided 15 minutes before start of event at the top of this page.

Step 1:

  • Click link on this page 15 minutes prior to start.

Step 2:

  • Option 1: Open Microsoft Teams if you have it. For phone users, downloading the Teams app may be recommended.
  • Option 2: Click Cancel. Then select "Continue on in this browser".

Step 3:

Teams requires permission to access camera and microphone. Note that attendees will not be speaking or be seen. Please select "Allow this time". Selecting "Never allow" may not advance to the meeting.

Please include a name. This name may show in our attendance report and if you enter an Q&A question. Then select "Join now"

Step 5:

You will see a waiting screen informing you the event has not yet started. When the event starts you will see a Perley Health slide welcoming you the event. The presentation will start shortly after.

Step 6:

If you have any questions during the presentation you may click the Q&A button to submit a question. If time allows we will address questions at the end of the presentation. Some questions and answers may be posted afterwards along with the video of the presentation.
