Perley Health is proud to introduce our new strategy for 2026-2035. 

The Strategic Plan development was informed by a number of key considerations:

• Changes in the population of Canadians in long-term care.
• Increase in burnout among both professional and non-professional caregivers

These and other factors point toward the need not only for better care, but also for better ways to deliver that care.

The Strategic Plan sets out new vision and mission statements, along with corporate values.

• Our new vision: Veterans and Seniors living with purpose, joy, and belonging, wherever they call home.
• Our new mission: Elevate the quality of life for members of our community through care, learning, research, and advocacy.

These statements will guide Perley Health's evolution over the coming decade, as we double the number of Veterans and Seniors we serve, and as we expand our campus to provide long-term care to an additional 120 residents.
