Rachel de Kemp

Rachel is the Vice-President, Nursing. She joined Perley Health in 2020 as the Director of Nursing.  Her clinical career was in emergency nursing in Texas and in Ottawa.  She served as a nurse manager at the Renfrew Victoria Hospital and the Queensway Carleton Hospital.   Her most recent role was as the Vice-President of Patient and Resident Care and CNE at the Carleton Place and District Memorial Hospital and The Almonte General Hospital.  

Rachel holds a Diploma of Nursing from Algonquin College, a BScN from the University of Ottawa and an MHA from the University of Regina.  She lives in Ottawa with her husband, Andrew.
