Kerry Tubman

Kerry has been a dedicated member of Perley Health since 2009, contributing her expertise across several key positions over the years. She currently serves as the Manager of Resident Care for the Gatineau Building, where she oversees daily operations and supports high‑quality, person‑centered care for residents. In addition to this role, Kerry also manages the Staffing Office, providing leadership in workforce coordination and ensuring effective staffing support across the organization.

With more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare sector, Kerry has also worked as a Disability Management Consultant with Veterans Affairs Canada, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB), and multiple private health and auto insurers.

Kerry holds a Master of Disability Management degree from the University of Northern British Columbia and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Trent University. She further enhanced her leadership expertise by completing the Leadership in Long-Term Care and Retirement Living Certificate program at Conestoga College in 2017.
