Update
Please see below for developments concerning the ongoing roadwork initiative and upcoming enhancements within our community.
Duck Pond Access:
We are pleased to confirm that access to the duck pond will remain open. Access to the duck pond remains blocked along the pedestrian and bike pathways along the exterior of the property during the roadwork project, but can be accessed via the internal Perley Health lot and pathway access. This cherished space will remain accessible for your enjoyment.
Parking Gates:
The parking gates have been successfully restored and are operational following the completion of phase one of the roadwork project.
Cenotaph Patio and Monument Area:
We are excited to announce the forthcoming installation of new patio stones at the Cenotaph. This area will provide an enhanced environment for reflection and tribute. In addition, benches will be placed to ensure a comfortable space for you to appreciate the renovated patio space and monument area.
These enhancements are aligned with our commitment to provide an elevated living experience within the Perley Health Community. Your understanding and support during this phase of development are deeply appreciated. We thank you for your patience and continued cooperation.

- Road Work Delayed
New Security Notice Cards for our Community
Perley Health has developed a security notification card for community members to display on their vehicle dashboards.
These cards remind drivers and passengers to ensure that all vehicle doors are securely locked and all valuable items are removed from the vehicle when parking onsite -- or at anytime. Additionally, the cards serve as a cautionary notice for passersby and provide essential information to address inquiries, report concerns or call 9-1-1.
- To support our community, we provide you with a free card.
- These cards are now available at the Main Entrance.
- We will be delivering the cards directly to tenants in our Senior Living apartments.
Please take one!
