Nadia Butt
An internationally trained physician, Nadia holds a Bachelor in Medicine, Bachelor in Surgery (Honors) from Pakistan. Having worked as a physician in Pakistan and South Africa, she has a wealth of clinical knowledge and multicultural experience.
After moving to Canada in 2018 from Cape Town, South Africa, she completed her Master of Health Administration (MHA) from University of Ottawa in 2019 to add to her knowledge and understanding of healthcare administration.
Nadia joined Perley Health in January 2020 as a Project Lead for Support Services after completing her MHA residency. Her role expanded to IPAC-Employee Health Consultant in March 2020. Throughout the pandemic, her areas of practice have included staff surveillance, screening, project management as well as working closely with the Manager-Infection Prevention and Control to implement IPAC best practices throughout the home.
She lives with her husband, Ali and two teenagers, Aryaan and Soha. She loves to spend free time with family, cook, travel and design clothes. Nadia also speaks Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi.
